1. Who we are
This online shop is operated under the name WinterDrops by the business identified in our Legal Notice (the "seller", "we"). Contact: support@winterdrops.com. These terms apply to all orders placed on this website by consumers.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Product and lifestyle photos on this site are AI-generated illustrations based on the real product; the product you receive is as described in the product details, including the contents of the box listed there. Colours of the orb, stand and accessories may vary slightly from the photos and between screens.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. Prices for Europe include any VAT due. Shipping is free. For deliveries outside Europe and the United States, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country may apply and are payable by the recipient. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout.
4. Your order and the contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, if we cannot ship to your country, or if a clear pricing error occurred. You must be at least 18 years old to order.
5. Delivery
We deliver worldwide with tracking. Delivery times on our Shipping page and the product page are estimates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or a person you nominate. The goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal; the direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you. Outside these countries we do not accept returns for change of mind. Items with a quality or manufacturing fault are always covered by section 7. 7. Legal guarantee and warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against quality and manufacturing defects, which for EU consumers matches the legal guarantee of conformity. For a valid claim we repair or replace the product free of charge or, where that isn't possible, refund you. Our Warranty explains how to make a claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
8. Promotional codes
Discount codes (including the thank-you code on the Christmas card included with orders) are valid only under the conditions stated with them, for example one use per customer, only with the email address used for the original order, and until the stated end date. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other codes unless stated.
9. Liability
We are liable under the applicable statutory provisions. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, except where the law does not allow such limitation (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Texts, photos and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. EU consumers may also refer a dispute to the Luxembourg consumer mediation service (Service national du Médiateur de la consommation, mediateurconsommation.lu) or to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
