When do I need to order for Christmas?

Order by 5 December for delivery to your country before Christmas. Cut-offs: 15 December (US), 5 December (Europe), 1 December (rest of the world).

How long does shipping take?

Free and tracked. We ship in 1–2 business days, then delivery takes 2–3 business days in the US, 7–9 in Europe and 7–11 in the rest of the world.

How do I put my photos on it?

Switch on the orb, open Bluetooth on your phone and connect to it, then choose the photos or videos you want to send. You can change them any time.

How many photos does it hold?

50+ photos, plus short videos and music.

What's in the box?

What if it arrives damaged or stops working?

Every orb has a 2-year warranty. Send us a photo or short video and we repair or replace it for free, or refund you. Customers in the EU and UK can also cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Will I pay import taxes?

Not in Europe or the US: prices already include everything. For other countries, local import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country.
