🎄 When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by 15 December for the United States, 5 December for Europe and 1 December for the rest of the world. After that we still ship as fast as possible, but can't guarantee arrival before the 25th.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free and tracked. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then delivered in 2–3 business days in the US, 7–9 in Europe and 7–11 in the rest of the world.
How do I put my photos and videos on it?
Charge it and switch it on, open Bluetooth on your phone and connect to the orb, then choose the photos or videos you want to send. You can change them any time. See How it works.
How many photos does it hold?
50+ photos, plus short videos and music.
What's in the box?
The MemoryGlow Orb, its display stand, a braided hanging strap, a velvet pouch, a USB-C charging cable and a quick-start guide, all in a white gift box. Every box also includes a free Christmas card with a hidden surprise.
Is it ready to give as a gift?
Yes. It arrives in a white gift box with the Christmas card inside, so no wrapping is needed.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Every orb has a 2-year warranty. Send us a photo or short video and we repair or replace it free of charge, or refund you. See Warranty.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Customers in the EU, EEA and UK can cancel within 14 days of delivery (return shipping at their cost). In other countries we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but the 2-year warranty always covers quality problems. See Returns & Refunds.
Will I pay import taxes?
Not in Europe or the United States: prices already include everything. For other countries, local import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country. See Shipping.
